I was born into a musical family where my mother is a pianist, my father plays the violin as his biggest hobby, and my sister plays the cello for her hobby. I was able to read music before I could speak a human language, and so it's without exaggeration that my first language is music. I've been playing the piano since I was 3 or so, performing since I was 5, and I majored in music for my bachelor's degree. Right now, I'm in Europe for teaching English, so my focus is more on language teaching, but being a pianist is an important part of my identity. I especially love Chopin, and I like imagining myself living a 19th century life. I also enjoy writing, and love exchanging snail mails.
