Bach -- beautiful polyphonic layers! And it is very spiritual. Each time I play Bach I feel like I am praying...
Rachmaninoff -- even more layers )) and gorgeous endless melodies
Beethoven -- emotional and tragic
Chopin -- sentimental and moving
Grieg - sentimental, quaint, fancy
